STEP-03 / SPREAD & SEQUENCE
Begin the spread with a confirmed scope
If the engagement is confirmed, we begin the spread — a full complexity mapping exercise that becomes the foundation for the entire pack sequence. No fold begins until the spread is complete and every line has been separated and confirmed.
